This will include 1-1 consultations (online), coaching calls throughout the programme, email support, meal plans, recipes, handouts and all the resources you will need to get back on track.

Whether you need to support ongoing health issues, lose weight or maybe you just feel totally overwhelmed when it comes to changing your eating habits.

I am offering a 5 week approach to support women aged 40+ during their hormonal changes. This programme provides everything a woman needs from the first changes that occur which can be 10 years before the menopause, all the way through the menopause.
Designed to help balance your hormones and support you during this transitional time, you will benefit from education, targeted supplements and dietary and lifestyle recommendations. The programme and supplements are also designed to be safe to use alongside HRT.
Meal plans are customised according to your dietary requirements.
I can create a customised meal plan to cater for any requirements. For example, conditions such as coeliac, dairy-free, low FODMAP, counting macros, HFLC to name a few. I also have done-for-you simple healthy eating plans available in vegetarian, vegan and meat/fish versions.
Motivational coaching to enable you to address your relationship with food and end emotional eating.
Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a talking therapy that allows you to create new, lasting habits, address limiting beliefs you may have about yourself and change your patterns of thought and behaviour. This is built into the nutrition programs as mindset is key to achieving long term change.
