This is a completely free, no-obligation call to allow me to find out more about you and your nutrition concerns. It is also an opportunity for you to ask me any questions you may have.
A program tailored to your requirements over 30 days or more.
This will include 1-2-1 consultations (online), coaching calls throughout the program, email support, meal plans, recipes, handouts and all the resources you will need to get back on track.
This is the perfect way to implement long term, sustainable changes to your diet so that healthy eating becomes second nature. A personalised program will provide all the support you need. Whether you need to support ongoing health issues, lose weight or maybe you just feel totally overwhelmed when it comes to changing your eating habits.
Where applicable I may recommend functional testing.
This will enable us to gather more information about your health status. For example, these tests may measure nutrient status, food sensitivities, sex hormones, adrenal function, thyroid hormones. There are many more depending on your specific requirements and health concerns.
Meal plans are customised according to your dietary requirements.
I can create a customised meal plan to cater for any requirements. For example, conditions such as coeliac, dairy-free, low FODMAP, counting macros, HFLC to name a few. I also have done-for-you simple healthy eating plans available in vegetarian, vegan and meat/fish versions.
Motivational coaching to enable you to address your relationship with food and end emotional eating.
Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a talking therapy that allows you to create new, lasting habits, address limiting beliefs you may have about yourself and change your patterns of thought and behaviour. This is built into the nutrition programs as mindset is key to achieving long term change.
