All you have to do is organise your flights and we will meet you at the airport and welcome you to the accommodation.
Each day of your retreat will be different, due to the variety
of activities we provide. Our aim is most definitely not to create a
strict bootcamp-style environment with early starts and deprivation

Throughout your stay we will keep you well-nourished and hydrated, provide
you with energizing workouts and fun activities and experiences.

Who Are We?

Rachel Larkin

Rachel Larkin, NutriBalance

Rachel, a BANT registered Nutritionist, runs
NutriBalance a nutritional therapy and NLP
coaching practice. Rachel creates the menu
for your retreat based on the activities
scheduled and the client questionnaire you
complete as part of the booking process.
Three healthy and delicious meals are
provided each day as well as snacks. Your
nutrition workshop will be an opportunity for
you to discuss your health goals and
nutrition questions.

Samantha Robbins, Zest Live 

Sam is an experienced Personal Trainer
and Group Fitness Instructor. Specialising in TRX, Freestyle
Fitness Yoga, HIIT and body fat loss.
Sessions are planned in advance to suit
your specific goals, fitness levels and
exercise experience.
Personal Training sessions are available
during the retreat.

What Is Included?

Fitness Program

The fitness program run by Sam, Zest Live, includes TRX, HIIT, Yoga. 

There will be a walking tour of the Old Town and an optional guided hike during the retreat. 

A morning of Stand Up Paddleboarding is included, provided by a local, trusted supplier that we have worked with multiple times.  


The healthy nutritious menu is designed and created by Rachel, NutriBalance. There are no calorie restrictions, it is a balanced healthy menu designed to fuel your bodies for the fitness and activity sessions. 

A nutrition workshop session covering topics such as stress, hormones balance and other relevant health issues is also included. 



Rest and Relaxation

We arrange for an amazing massage therapist visits the villa to provide a sports massage during the retreat. 

There is one afternoon/evening of unscheduled time where you can explore the island, go to the beach or just relax by the pool.  After dinner there is also free time to relax or go out if you choose. 



5 nights accommodation in our stunning villa, located just minutes from the airport.  Twin and double rooms are available, as is a single occupancy rate. 

Transfers between the airport and villa are also included.

Every retreater receives a IWR vest (or T Shirt)!
