The world we live in is not always supportive of a healthy lifestyle, we are busier, more stressed and suffering from more chronic illnesses as a society.  The temptations of quick-fix diets, sugary and processed foods can be hard to resist.  I use my skills and experience as an NLP coach to develop new healthy habits, address issues with willpower and self-belief for a truly integrative approach.  I want to give you clear, simple advice that will help you to learn to love food and give you the structure and support that you need to stay on track for good.

I offer a range of services to help you

New for 2019! Back On Track – a 21 day program to reset your healthy habits for good.

  • Including 21 days of meal plans, simple recipes, weekly shopping lists, meal prep tips to help you stay organized throughout the programme.
  • Private Facebook group for your questions and discussions where I will check in daily to help you stay on track.
  • Weekly mindset support with strategies to overcome emotional eating, help you stay motivated and focus on using your willpower.  (Starts January 13th but can be joined at any time after that.)

Personalised 30 Day Programme

  • Analysis of health questionnaire and food diary,
  • 1 to 1 consultation (90 min),
  • 30 days of nutrition support including recipes, meal plans, email support
  • 4 x 25 min coaching calls.
  • The initial consultation can take place via Skype or in person at my office in Cuckfield.
  • Can be extended to a longer period at a reduced rate so it’s perfect if you would like ongoing support.

Metabolic Makeover

  • Analysis of your 3 day Food Diary with 30 min phone consultation.
  • Recommendations will be given as to how you can adjust and improve your diet with a simple 5 day meal plan provided.
  • This is suitable for those wishing to tweak their current diet.

Shop Healthy!

Can be in conjunction with the Cook Healthy! service, we will go through your cupboards and decide what to keep and we will visit your local supermarket to discover where those healthy foods that you may be overlooking in your weekly shop.

NLP Coaching

NLP, Neuro Linguistic Programming, is a form of motivational coaching used to eradicate bad habits and behaviours and establish new habits. This can be particularly useful where there is an element of emotional eating and self-sabotage, or a perceived lack of willpower. Results can be seen after one session but for best results a series of 3 sessions is advised for £130.

Cook a selection of delicious and nutritious dishes either in my kitchen or yours. I will introduce you to new ingredients and cooking techniques to complement your healthy meal plan.
