NutriBalance partners with Sussex Zest to run two Wellness Retreats every year on the lovely island of Ibiza. These are for five nights and we aim to provide a relaxing environment for you to focus on your health, fitness and nutrition. Our retreats are truly an opportunity for you to ReBoot your fitness, ReNourish your body and ReVitalise your mind!

We aim to take care of everything you need once in Ibiza. We will be there to meet you at the airport and welcome you to the accommodation. Throughout your stay we will keep you well-nourished and hydrated, provide you with energizing workouts and fun activities and experiences.

Meet the team
Samantha Robbins

Sam is an experienced Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor and owns a fitness company Sussex Zest, in Haywards Heath.  Specialising in TRX, Freestyle Fitness Yoga, HIIT and body fat loss.
Sessions are planned in advance to suit your specific goals, fitness levels and exercise experience. Personal Training sessions are available.

Rachel Howell

Rachel, a BANT registered Nutritional Therapist, creates the menu for your retreat based on the activities scheduled and the client questionnaire you will complete as part of the booking process. Three healthy and delicious meals are provided each day as well as snacks. Your nutrition consultation will be an opportunity for you to discuss your health goals and nutrition questions.

A typical day

Each day of your retreat will be different, due to the variety of activities we provide. Our aim is not to provide a strict bootcamp-style environment. Our itinerary will provide a balance between scheduled workouts, activities and relaxation time and there will also be one morning or afternoon of unscheduled time for you to explore the local area.

Externally provided activities such as paddle-boarding and sports massage are provided by well-established, fully insured, local companies.
